SHIPPING: We ship FAST! Processing time typically under 24 hours. Most packages go out USPS Priority, small items go out USPS First Class and we occasionally use UPS on some items. We will combine shipping for multiple items, ask us! We include tracking and insurance on all packages.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS: If your item was severely damaged through shipping,does not match the description and pictures, or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
